Registration Fees

Early Registration Deadline**: May 15, 2011

** The registration process includes both filling out the registration sheet and sending payment

Conference Registration Fee Includes*:

• Admission to opening reception
• Admission to all technical sessions
• Admission to invited lectures
• Coffee breaks
• Conference proceedings
• Room set-ups and audio-visual equipment

How to Register

• Personal checks or money orders made payable to Innovative Orbital Design, Inc.
• Cash, personal checks, or money orders are accepted for on-site registration. Please do not mail cash.
• All payments can be received prior to attending the conference either by mail or at the conference site.(Payment can also be made at the registration desk at the conference.) If a prepayment has been given, and attendance is not possible, notification must be given one week prior to conference start for a refund.
• Send checks(if in US dollars only) or money orders(if in Euros or dollars) to the following address:

Meeting Speakers

The Conference Organizers expect every speaker of a scheduled presentation to register and attend the meeting.

Please Note: Speakers are required to preregister so all program materials are ready for them when they arrive and check in at the registration desk.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. The Organizers should be informed immediately of any change to a scheduled presentation. A "no-show" or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The Orgnizers thank all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
