Mission
Innovative Orbital Design, Inc. (IOD) is a small space research company, founded by Dr. Edward Belbruno. IOD specializes in interplanetary trajectories which are low energy, using methods of dynamical systems, with an emphasis on weak stability boundary theory. IOD seeks consultation with space related organizations, and is a regular partner with NASA to research new ways to go to the Moon, and other planets, using innovative trajectory and mission designs, to lower fuel usage.
